We had an excellent experience at Viva Vets Hospital for our Golden Doodle's (Lily) dental cleaning. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They took the time to explain the entire dental procedure, answer all our questions, and made sure Lily was comfortable throughout the process. The veterinary team did a fantastic job—Lily’s teeth look great, and we can tell she feel so much better! We really appreciated the updates during the visit and the detailed aftercare instructions they provided. It’s clear that the Dr. Sharma and staff truly care about the animals they treat. We're so grateful for the compassionate and high-quality care. We highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive veterinary care!

Dr. Sharma and her staff took amazing care in treating our pup twice when we brought him in after having a seizure and neurological issues. After going to another pet ER with a 4 hour wait time, we decided to take our pup to VivaVets instead. We only had to wait 20 minutes, and once we got there, the team was quick in taking us back to the examination room. Overall, my family was impressed by how extremely thorough Dr. Sharma was with the examination and how she noticed the finer details. She kindly listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and made sure by the time we left that we had a solid care plan. She even helped us get him (who weighed 60lbs) into our car! Dr. Sharma opened her own business after years of experience and expertise, so she is very knowledgeable. She and her team are very friendly, caring, accommodating, and have good communication. I felt safe leaving my cat's health in her care and she did a wonderful job performing my cat's dental cleaning and extraction. The costs are slightly more affordable than other hospitals.

We took our 14 year old cat to Dr. Sharma because he was obviously not feeling well and we couldn't get him into our regular vet. Dr. Sharma and her team were great. Compassionate, understanding, explained plainly what they wanted to do and why..and then explained the test results the same way. Thankfully our "old man" seems to be on the mend and starting to act more like his usual self thanks to being able to get him seen and treated quickly. Not sure he'd still be with us had we waited for an appointment with our regular vet. We're talking about changing to Dr. Sharma and her team for all 3 of our furbabies.
