PetSmart

My baby girl loves her spa days, as soon as we pull up, her tails going, whimpering and gets so excited when we walk in she ignores every and anything, pretty much pulls me back to see the girls. Her 1st "friend" was McKenzie, now making a "new friend", sweet just like her previous, Cayley

Fish are terribly neglected. Wouldn't recommend buying fish here and bringing the sick fish home to kill your fish

Brought my puppy to get a bath and they gave her back to me cold and wet. Said they were out of towels but they use blow dryers? Also took over 3 hours… she’s tiny. Very unprofessional and not very pet friendly

Brought my 2 dogs in for grooming, I typically don’t take them to PetSmart but their groomer is on maternity leave and they were in desperate need of it. I always have a bad experience when I come here and this Sunday was not the exception. I must add they definitely did a better job than last time but nevertheless I saw this on my Shitzu later at home. He doesn’t appear to be in any pain but it does feel like a scar.

They take the animals to the vet hospital more than any other "pet store" plus the one pet care managers has an OF page.... Be careful where you take the animals that you love because this isn't it
