Ms. Hannah did an amazing job! My pup is VERY timid, skiddosh, and, apprehensive (assuming as a result of a not so good home before we got her from the shelter.) Ms. Hannah took the time to get to know our pup and gave plenty of lovings to her throughout to help her feel comfortable. Ms. Hannah stressed to me that she wants EVERY animal that comes to her to feel safe and happy! She surely did just that with our pup! She allowed her breaks during her session when she needed and allowed her to roam around the grooming room since she is the only pup there! (Ms. Hannah is a 1 on 1 groomer) Ms. Hannah isn't only spectacular with the animals, but her grooming skills are also on point ! Our pup looks adorable and is ready for summer!! I took Luna here for the first time this month and she loved it! She had the best grooming service ever as she is very anxious and does not like the hair dryer but was not forced to do anything she didn’t like! I got updated throughout the entire process! Highly recommend Hannah who is the owner of Whiskers and Wags Dog Grooming!! She is amazing with dogs that have high anxiety and don’t really like to be groomed. She creates a safe space, with time allotted for that pet and gives them a special pampering session. My pup had an amazing spa day and she looks so cute and feels so soft. I brought my two pups here for the first time and I will be back! My dogs immediately took to Hannah. After a full service, my dogs are extra fluffy, clean and happily posed for her to take these pictures. What a fun experience!
