Factory Direct Carpets

Couldn’t be happier with the end result. The guys at factory direct were great to work with. Hockey was super easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with the final product. Steve and Kyle worked their butts off all week tearing up the old double stick carpet that was in our house previously, and laying the new product throughout our entire first floor and both our bathrooms. It was a big project, and they were able to get it done in less time than they expected. We will definitely be recommending Factory Direct to anyone who is looking to get floors done in the future.

Hockey and his guys did an awesome job on the floors in our house. It’s a very old house and has uneven floors, we’ve put other flooring in before and it always ended up separating or breaking. Factory Direct came out to our house and looked at the floors, and even came out again once our old flooring was out to make sure the subfloor was ok, which it wasn’t (we figured it wouldn’t be) so they replaced our subfloor for us and explained which flooring they thought would be the best for us in the long run. They did 3 rooms in less an 2 full days and did a great job. Would recommend to everyone!

What's important to us when we look for something we need to purchase or something we need done is Customer Service and that's in short supply now days. We have purchased flooring several times from Factory Direct and every time we have been pleased with the outcome and have been very happy with the service we got there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our installation was done well and the installers were careful and cleaned up the area.
