PetSmart

Groomers called to reschedule appointment because groomer was no longer available for online scheduled appointment. We accommodated their rescheduling and arrived at the store at 7 am. They didn't show up until 730 am. Threw off my whole day of back to back appointments and meetings. Only offered 20% off of service and manager didn't seem to care about the tardiness. I requested nail trim and they missed two nails.

I took my yorkie to get groomed and the lady said she would give it a teddy bear haircut and all she did was shave off all her hair. I didn’t even bother to argue. I was so upset when I saw my yorkie all shaved off. I could have done that, if she just didn’t want to take her time she should have just called me and said you know what I can’t. Worst experience ever.

All that I care to share is that you would probably be better served elsewhere for grooming. The store is fine, but the grooming department is a non-starter.

Last year when we first got are puppy. The customer and friendliest was remarkably supportive and great . Since January and when JESUS left or was terminated and a new manager took they all been very cold to us this past year. I would suggest that they bring back the old group and especially Jesus to the store.

This is my usual Petsmart and I normally order curbside pick up. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with curbside pickup. I sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes and had to tap in the app three separate times that I was there for my order. I finally called and Brandon answered. This man tried to gaslight me and say I wasn't there when I clearly knew where I was but he did not even though I put the make/model and color of my car in the app. I was there long enough to see Brandon walking around behind my car and collect carts but apparently I was invisible or lying according to Brandon. Very disappointed. Do better. Don't say customers are lying when they know where they are and what time.
