Petco Grooming

I am super impressed with the grooming at the Cedar Hill Petco. Nathaniel is the best he has been grooming my malshi Sooki since was was little. He grooms with care and patience he is so gentle with her and explains everything to me. He is also good on giving grooming advice. I highly recommend!!

I have been taking my Bichon Frise to the most awesome groomer, Ashley, at the Cedar Hill, Petco. He did have TPLO surgery prior to finding Ashley and needed extra care after his medical release. Ashley has been very helpful, caring and very knowledgeable. I love the way our little man looks and smells, after his appointment. The receptionist at grooming has the best customer service, as well! The sales associates in the CH Petco are all very kind and helpful. I have no complaints except to say, the price of grooming has gone way up, It is the same every where!

My furbaby has been getting his hair groomed with PetCo for years his first groomer Adriana (I think 🙂) she was great with him but she’s no longer there but we started seeing Patrick and he’s been good with him. We’ve only had a few problems but they’re good at solving any issues. But, overall their good groomers and I’ll recommend them to anyone.

Puppy was not cut & trimmed as I expected Really nice groomer. But disappointed with my maltipoo grooming service.thought she understood what I requested. Perhaps next time will be better. Over 90$ ?? No problem if I was excited with how beautiful she looked after the grooming.

I was overcharged and underserviced during my last visit to Petco grooming. I am premier member and loyal customer and I refer everyone I know. I felt let down, lied to, and cheated during my last visit. My regular groomer apparently called off and I was not notified. I was one of the first appointments as soon as they opened, I made my appointment online and selected the exact services I wanted. I picked my furbaby up after he had been there for an extended time, only to find that he was barely groomed, his nails were long and his facial cut was uneven. To add insult to injury I was charged for services I did not select, even with my points and discounts, I paid over $70 and left feeling robbed.
