Got our dog's hair cut here and they are always very nice. Today, they even made a ornament with our dog Teddy AWESOME!! Thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pretty sure we paid $80 and they didn’t do anything. Said she was shy with her paws, not true. She didn’t even look washed. And no anal gland expression. It was chaotic and the grooming employees seemed lazy. 0/10 will not return and would advise anyone to not use this groomer. My dog was an anxiety ridden mess coming out of there after the 5 hours it took them. Horrible experience and won’t be back!!!!!

I only gave 2 stars for the cashier bonding over adhd & autism. I wanted to see the cats and I had my dog with me, she made an excited noise so I was leaving the area IMMEDIATELY. Tell me why a women emplee came out to lecture me? I was already removing myself from the area and she flags me down to lecture me to stop scaring the cats and never do it again. Will not be shopping at this location again. Almost had a full on Karen moment. I could understand if I stayed and further aggrivated the cats, but I was half way down the Ile when she flagged me down.

This store in particular has nothing in there that helps reptiles that they sell in the store. They have no lighting fixtures. All they have is these hot dollar. Plastic crawl things that they can crawl on and a few worms and crickets in the back. By time you get the worms or the packets of worms, home half of them are dead. You can't use them. So if you get a reptile go to Petco, they're a whole lot better.

Friend went in today and looked at the chinchilla they had and asked several questions. Went back shortly after and brought her husband and they refused to sell it to her because she didn’t do “research “ first on it. She was prepared to buy everything the pet needed but the manager still refused. She should have told her that before she left then. She specifically said I will be back with my husband. Bad service!!
