I was debating on sharing my experience with PetSmart grooming. But after realizing on top of a butchered haircut for my dogs, one of my dogs nails were cut so horrible it looks like two nails are missing, from them being totally butchered and dogs have nerve endings in they’re finger nails !!! On top of this, I was charged $20 for a de matting fee and my dogs were not de matted they were shaved from the head down, my one dog I knew had mats she always does when I go to the groomers and I’ve never have an issue, taking her mats out at other groomers, and I always pay the extra fee. My other dog, he has less Mats, but his hair texture makes it really easy for them to come out. I also pay a fee for him and never have an issue at other groomers. Customer Service was terrible! I hav bought countless bags of food for my dog that she will not eat. After being told that I can return the food and coming in to do so but yet being greeted by a very nasty customer service rep I probably will not go back to spend any money there for dog food or supplies! The cashiers interaction with me felt very racially motivated or biased. She weighed the food left in the bag and because she could not find my second receipt on my purchase history she refused. Another cashier said sales people should always send the receipt email as well as print so there can be a history. If I ever purchase there again, which I will not! I will make it my business to ask for an emailed receipt since the cashiers have the option on their end to do so or not unless you as

I went to the same store I have been shopping in since the building was constructed, to get the same product I purchase each month. Unfortunately, the cat litter was pushed all the way back on the shelf and unreachable. There was a stepladder nearby; but because it is common understanding that businesses do not like to have customers using their equipment for safety concerns and generally like to perform this type of assistance themselves. So, I went back to the front since I could not locate any employees in the aisles and politely said: “excuse me, can you direct me to someone who can assist me reaching a product?” I was greeted with an abrupt response: “I am busy with a customer.” Which was true… she was checking out someone in line… but my request was polite and she could have eas

I want to sincerely thank the PetSmart team for their dedication, love, and great respect in caring for the cats awaiting adoption. The animals are carefully looked after, live in a clean and peaceful environment, and the staff is always available to answer questions and guide prospective adopters with professionalism and kindness.
