Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Boynton Beach

Our experience at Petfolk was great and I will definitely be recommending them to others. I was able to have my sick Chihuahua, Frank, seen within 2 hours of calling Petfolk. The staff was very kind, easy to talk to, patient, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, nice looking and comfortable. The vet and tech we spoke with gave us multiple options on how to help our furbaby and I'm happy to say he is feeling better after his visit. I was also very impressed by how they continued to check in via text after the visit to see how Frank was doing and gave further advice when asked. I was much less stressed knowing that if Frank needed more help it would be available to him. Thank you to Petfolk for all your help and kindness!

I have gone to Petfolk just recently with two of my many animals. Both cats were brought in for serious illnesses. Dr Shaw is amazing, attentive and makes sure to answer all questions and all emails. The staff there are equally as wonderful, going the extra mile to ensure my kitties were taken care of properly and having their best care in mind. Our story is extensive, but to sum it up, I couldn't ask for better care, service and thoughtfulness from the staff and Dr Shaw. I am truly lucky to have them all involved in the care and safe keeping of my pets !

First and foremost I thank them for being open on a Sunday! Second they were so good with my pitty pup when some places are a little nervous being around pitbulls in general. I felt really comfortable at this location and will be coming back for future checkups and health concerns. Place is friendly and open you can see through the glass. They also show they really care and enjoy their job.

Dr Shaw took care of our chihuahuas for several years in Coral Sorings We were out of the country for a while and he moved to Petfolk. We were so pleased to locate Dr Shaw’s new practice here at Petfolk in Boynton Beach. He is an exceptionally gifted vet. He is gentle with our senior chihuahuas. It was worth the drive for us for him to see our little old girl. His genuine caring and kindness makes such a difference. The vet tech is also very nice. For however long our little girl has left, we will continue to make the drive so that Dr Shaw can look after her.

We had a fantastic experience at Petfolk! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us (and our pup) feel right at home. The facility is incredibly clean, modern, and high-tech, which really put me at ease. The vet took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear they truly care about animals. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for a stress-free visit!
