Dr. Jean Burns - Floresta Animal Hospital

Dr. Burns is so kind and helpful. She is welcoming and has a great staff as well. I like her approach with pet issues because she is very logical and smart. The facilities are clean and spacious.

Totally misdiagnosed my cat which caused severe medical issues and extreme stress for my animal, not to mention the cost. If the issue had been diagnosed months ago at the initial onset all of this could have been alleviated. Great staff BUT diagnostic skills of Dr. Burns below a 1. Would not recommend. She totally misinformed me on a few issues and totally misdiagnosed my cat. Thanks to the horrible care by this incompetent vet, after months of stress and medication that tore his gastrointestinal system apart because of her misdiagnosis, i had to put my sweet loving cat down. Amazing new vet was able to treat and get under control her misdiagnosis but the stress killed him. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE VET

My cat Willa is a new patient for Dr Burns, so far I am very happy with the service I have received, the front desk and nurses are very accommodating and helpful, Dr Burns is a great doctor, knowledgeable, answers all your questions and is very thorough, I couldn't be happier.

These guys are great. They know exactly what they are doing, are very attentive, and I have 0 hesitation to bring my German Shepherd there for all her veterinary needs I suggest you do the same with your buddies.

Came here for the first time because i used to take my dog to a vet clinic where staff was changed and so was their care for ones pets. So I googled "Vets near me" and Floresta appeared. I have a french bulldog, and the moment I walked in I knew this was his forever Clinic. Every spot on the wall is covered with French bulldog paintings and photos. Unfortunately the friendly staff could not perform a surgical procedure that was suggested on my dog, but nevertheless they were always professional and caring for my dogs well-being and even though nothing was done that day, ive decided to enroll my dogs here just because how wonderful the 2 vet techs treated me, one of the nurses was names Sam and I didnt get the other girls name, but they were both wonderful to my dog and our situation.
