We brought our 7 year old golden doodle Wrigley to the emergency hospital after a serious post-surgical complication following a hind leg amputation. We were understandably worried. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff treated us with calm professionalism and genuine compassion. We were checked in and being seen in minutes. Dr. Eisemann and Dr. Cameron were exceptional. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate Wrigley, explain what was happening, and act quickly to correct the issue. Their confidence and clarity immediately put us at ease. They are not only medically sharp, but deeply human in the way they handled both our dog and us. We had a scare with our recently adopted cat and the team here was so compassionate. We had such a long and frightening night but they took very good care of my cat. They gave us drinks and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. Even though we were there for hours they still made sure to check on us and get us in fast upon arrival. Thanks to them we got referred to Paws Vet Clinic who also have an amazing team who did everything they could for our Mugen. Thank you! We really appreciate the team for taking care of him! He’s doing so much better now 💕

I was there last week with my little 5lb Yorkie who wasn’t doing too well. She was vomiting and had diarrhea with some blood. As soon as we got there they took us right back and started checking my girl to figure out what was going on. After speaking with the vet, he told us what he thought and he recommended imaging and bloodwork, but I declined and asked if we’d be able to treat the symptoms for now. I was never pushed or pressured to complete those things. My girl was given fluids and a shot for nausea and we were also sent home with some meds for three days. I was advised that if she wasn’t feeling better by the next two days that we would need to come back. Dr. Krone is excellent and this ER Vet greatly exceeded my expectations. Also, I was in and out within one hour which is unheard of. I now, have a trusting, affordable, new ER Vet! The supporting staff is also wonderful and accommodating to both the patient and fur baby parent helping to keep everyone calm. They also allow you back with your fur baby at all times and are very thorough and work with you on treatment plan options.
