He has his anual exam. First time there. Was a great experience. They were very kind with Mo, and with us, handle very good our anxiety. Me and my husband are autistic with ADHD. We recommend 100%.

I can’t thank PetSmart enough with being so generous to help out for the holidays. Jason and Jordan were so kind to gift us stuffed animals for all the elderly residents at the Assisted Living Facility. Talk about stepping up. They were so accommodating and helpful in so many ways. Make sure when you go in, you just say “thanks” to them for being really special people. This is the 4th year they’ve helped me out.

One of the cashier's saw that we were buying all the needed items for our new rescue dog, so she offered the register/sample adoption coupon book for us to look at before purchasing. That was helpful. Then there was a discount advertised online (for in-store) that was automatically applied. They checked it out and gave us the discounted priced - no question and no attitude. They were friendly and helpful, and provided great customer service to a long time customer. THANK YOU!
