Staff was incredibly helpful! We bought two giant cat towers and we had to get tags. We were explained how to use the tag machine so it was really easy.

Friendly and courteous staff. They were quick to get my online order to me. They also offer basic puppy obedience training. My only issue with that is... They have several people with various dog breeds and some of the customers believe they know better than the trainer (So why is your presence necessary). That's my only complaint. All in all it's a Quality store for all your pets needs.

DON’T TRUST THE GROOMERS!!! Other reviewers with similar experience. The women in there were very rude. My 7lb dog was very calm despite other dogs in there, as well as the women rubbing all over her body and face. I had them look at a place by her eye that had gunk. The lady said my dog tried to bite her. I was there the whole time. She’s a GIANT LIAR, and I would love them to pull tapes if there were any. My dog was calm the entire time. She said for the safety of my dog they won’t groom her, and that they get bit all the time. Total RED FLAG!!!! Told me my dog needed to be sedated!!! I’m pretty sure it had nothing to do with my dog and was because I eventually started to match their rude energy. I took my dog to the salon to have her nails cut. They were so patient and very kind. They did an excellent job on her nails. Their was very reasonable. They offer many services for dog & cat care. There's a large selection of supplies for your dog or cat. I highly recommend that you check them out.

The workers are amazing! They all asked me if I needed help or if I found everything okay! The worker checking me out was very very friendly and had a smile on her face it was great I enjoy going there and seeing everyone happy! I will be bringing in my 140lb German Shepherd next time as she loves this store ! You grab her leash and collar she’s at the door waiting to go. I would totally recommend this store any day or time for my pet! Keep up the good work !! You guys are amazing ! Thank you !!
