Cats Only Resort & Spa

Dana was a lifesaver. We were leaving for almost 2 weeks and my cat sitter canceled at the last minute. Cats Only was able to take my 2 cats. They were calm when we picked them up, which is always a good sign. No stress. She spoiled them and gave them lots of attention. Would definitely take them back.

We’ve been using Cats Only since we moved here in 2016! Love that Dana and her assistant specialize in only kitties. Our cat has so much fur to handle that we use their services to clean and maintain. Always does great work and can get us in right away!

Mrs. Dana was really welcoming. Biggie Smallz was nervous. She was gentle with him. She coasted him out of the carrier, introduced herself so she could start the appointment 😊😊 He looked great and smelled fresh when I picked him up. 🥰🥰 I appreciated that fact, he was still calm when I picked him up. 😉😉 I just wish the prices were posted.🤑🙂🤑🙂

WARNING WARNING WARNING this is a PSA for future consideration of taking your fur babies here. my grandmother had an appt to get her Chinchilla Persian shaved at 1030am. So I got up early to administer a light sedative to her beautiful kitty and she drove almost an hour to this place and NOBODY was there. Now keep in mind this appt was made about 3 weeks ago. So she drives there and she’s in her early 80’s God bless her and she doesn’t look at her phone while she’s driving and they said they TEXTED her at 9:30 (while she’s driving). WHY WHY WHY couldn’t there have been a phone call?? She sat there for a half hour and NOBODY answered the phone whilst she sit there and already drove almost an hour. It seems that COMMUNICATION IS AN ISSUE and you can’t treat people or their pets like that. I

Been going here for years. She always makes my boys fur so soft and he smells great afterwords! Would recommend!
