I cannot begin to express my gratitude and thanks to the employees of this facility, especially Nichole. She was genuinely the sweetest, most supportive vet tech I have ever had the privilege of encountering. She walked us through every step, explained to us why she was doing what she was doing, went at our dogs pace, and most importantly, she loved on our girl with us during her final moments. She did such an excellent job, words truly cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for her. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! From the very bottom of my heart.

I really love this Vet! There's normally no other pet in the waiting room to stress out my pets and it feels like you're in someones living room. Doctors are fun and caring. I'm so glad I found them after Small Pet Ark closed.

My wife and I had to say goodbye to our beloved Max and Nichole made this experience wonderful. So understanding, caring and explained everything. Very personal care and we are so happy our boy was able to peacefully go in the comfort of his own home. Thank you all so much.

Saying goodbye to a pet who is truly part of your family is one of the hardest things you’ll ever face, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion we received from MetroEast Home Vet Care. When it was time to say goodbye to our sweet 15 year old Yorkie, Kinley Sue, they gave us the gift of letting her pass peacefully at home, where she was comfortable and surrounded by love. Dr. Laura Boeren was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, walking us through every step and giving us all the time we needed as we struggled to let her go. I wrapped Kinley Sue in her favorite blanket and held her in our favorite chair, where I had rocked her almost every day of her life. This was one of the hardest appointments I have ever had to make, but I am so grateful to Metro East Home Vet for how kind and understanding they were. Dr. Karen Louise was very helpful and answered all my questions. Bay was very kind while helping me set the appointment. And Nichole was so calm and kind and gentle. I really think she felt our pain and she was very patient as my husband and I tried to keep ourselves together. She gave our dog, Bowser, the most peaceful end we could have hoped for. We miss him terribly and I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to fill the hole losing him has left, but we are eternally grateful he isn’t suffering anymore.
