This is what they did to my golden doodle! Paid $115 for this nonsense! Will not return. I understand she was matted but being a hairdresser, someone comes in with a knot we dont automatically shave their head. I feel like we should have been called to dicuss the matter and come up with a solution vs just shave her pretty face/ears. Now she looks ridiculous for the holidays. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Literally had one of the worst days of my life and needed surgery so afterwards I stopped here to buy myself a treat (jumping spider). Was told it was too late to purchase an animal (we did go in last minute). But after explaining my day to the worker she said shed make an exception. My day went from one of the worst days of my life to having something to look forward too again. I understand rules are meant to be followed but you never know what happened in somebodys day and I just wanted to write them a review because they turned my entire day from being awful into being able to have something to look forward too. First time bringing my dog to get his nails clipped and will definitely be back again. No appointment needed. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were very friendly and made my dog feel at ease. Price was very affordable compared to other groomers.

I had a horrible experience with Allen in this store in the grooming section of the store my dog was a little matted and he shaved all of her hair and still charged us $20 extra because it was difficult??? I don’t understand what was difficult about shaving a dog bald. I had paid $100 for this service and what Allen did was this. Shaved my dog… and just that. He was supposed to wash and clipped her nails( which was horribly uneven and it looked like she just chipped her nails) He was also unprofessional when We talked to him about his services. This makes me think if he is even certified. Everyone else did good when I booked with them. Just DON’T BOOK WITH ALLEN.
