The organization that runs the cat adoptions, i cant remember the name right now, is awesome. They made the adoption process quick and easy and they seem to genuinely care about the animals and were very knowledgeable. The ladies at the register are really nice and courteous, also. They make coming here a pleasant experience.

I love the customer service here. Any time my wife and I need reptile care products and foods, they are always ready and willing to help. I especially appreciate their pet care specialists and fair prices. From live food to enclosures and accessories you can't go wrong here.

This store is 1 of my favorites. And I don't have to drive to Augusta. They have everything you need. Food, toys, clothes for ur pets and exotics, grooming, and adopt or buy animals.

This product has been advertised on sale for $29.99 since March 31, 2025, but in-store registers have been charging $39.99. If one item was purchased per day since March 31, 2025, then PetSmart has gained in excess of $1,330 (not including taxes) as of August 10, 2025. I am posting this so PetSmart can review and correct the price in their system promptly, and so that any customers who purchased this item during this time frame can check their receipts and request a refund if applicable. Transparency and swift resolution will help maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Thank you.

My Shitzu was scheduled for a cut and shampoo. When we arrived no hair cut was done due he did not allow them to cut his face. The groomer was rushing my dog in & out. This groomer had no patience!!! My dog was scheduled for 330. At 930am the groomer called multiple times asking to bring him sooner. We arrive at 1130. At 2pm i received a call to pick him up. We did not receive no calls that our dog presented any trouble. I complained asking if my dog could see somone else the manager of the salon who is not a groomer stated the lead was the best & she didnt think the other groomers were capable of grooming him & my dog was not a good fit. The leadership tone showed no compassion for my dog or the horrible experience. My dog is a Petsmart dog and deserves better than this. Petsmart & my do
