Petsense by Tractor Supply

Bre was great. She helped recommend a new habitat for my pet tarantula. She recommend the correct type of dirt, covers, hideaway, etc... as well as food and feeding habits since my tarantula whose name is John Jr. Is only a few months old. And I've never had a tarantula before. Great job. Ill never go to another petstore.

We love this Petsense. They have a couple adoption events each year with vendors and dogs available for adoption! We were there this time for obedience classes with Kerri Gebler who is an amazing trainer!

This store leaves a lot to be desired in the way of quality. I understand offering lower end products but there aren't many single ingredient, high quality product on the shelves. It could also go for a deep clean it appears. I've found expired treats on the shelves and most recently, a bug in a box of chews.

Had to go back to get cats nails cut twice,cuz they missed several. Won't go back . Said they cut them all but cat had longer nails than a few others. They didn't grow that fast in a wees time. She was in a hurry. Just sloppy work 😒 🙄

Im very disappointed in todays visit… i been going here for the longest to purchase large live crickets for my leopard gecko and today i went (after calling to see if they had some wich i was informed that they had just gotten a shipment on Tuesday) i go get my crickets and they tell me they only had a few left wich is not a problem but they served me half of the few they had left already dead when i called back they wanna be acting like they dont know what im talking about so since yall oblivious here it is 🤷🏻‍♀️
