Petsense by Tractor Supply

I’ve taken my Great Pyrenees in a couple of times to be groomed now. He comes out looking like a million bucks. The groomers do a wonderful job.

Loved the selection of products available and the return policies, however, I had bought the wrong bag of dog food and needed to return it since it made my dog sick, the worker Mikel was extremely rude about my situation and made me feel like an issue and overall seemed skeptical about returning a product I had just bought the other day. The other worker, (I can't remember her name but she had dark long hair) however was very helpful and polite and even helped me carry out the bag of food out to my car since I just had surgery. She reassured me that she was happy to help and made me feel less bad about the situation. Positive experience overall but was rubbed the wrong way with that worker.

Willow was an amazing groomer and did a great job giving my dog Bubba a beautiful haircut! He came in with long hair, and left looking sharp and all cleaned up!! Amazing staff!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Experience at Petsense! I had such an amazing experience at Petsense today! I called ahead to ask about a catfish I was interested in, and the staff was incredibly friendly and informative over the phone. They took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, making sure I understood everything I needed to know. When I arrived in person, the experience was even better. The employees were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their kindness truly made my heart smile. It's rare to find such a caring and knowledgeable team who clearly love what they do. Thank you, Petsense, for making my day and for treating your customers (and your animals!) with so much care. I’ll definitely be back!

My kitties love pet sense. When we first got our newest cat we swung by to get her a bowl, collar, and some starter supplies and she was having the time of her life. The cats absolutely adore when the pet sense bag comes home. My only gripe is with the parking lot situation, it's in rough shape and hard to drive or walk in it, but I know that's out of these folks control.
