Just went in to look around, and it was very cluttered, very hard to walk down the aisle, and the smell was musty and hits you as soon as you walk in, so many fish had fin rot that a whole tank would be showing different stages of the rot, with them on the same filtration system the sicknesses travel easily between tanks. The condition these dogs were living in were heartbreaking, the cages were just barely big enough for them, just within the standard, and would be standing and walking on grated floors, do not support this business, these animals aren’t living in the conditions they should be living in

IF YOU CARE ABOUT ANIMALS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Animals kept in TERRIBLE conditions, went there to get frozen mice and limbs were broken off of them and one’s head was cut off, some also covered in blood which really makes me wonder how they euthanize them. I left another review stating what I actually saw but here are some pictures of animals CRAMPED in small cages and a nearly dead reptile that the other 12+ in the cage were crawling all over….it didn’t move…I watch it for 7 minutes. The store reaked as well.

I love this place and this is my favorite item of all I like other stuff though but right now I’m enthused with axillas. I had five gave two my husband‘s granddaughter awesome awesome. Awesome. I would recommend to anybody any day. Go there if you’re interested in any kind of pets if you need to have any questions, I’ll answer them offer. You too no attitude very nice pleasant atmosphere very good people very nice pet place

The people who work here are amazing! I have gotten a couple budgies from here a family member has gotten animals from here and I want to give a special thanks to Alissa for giving me lots of much needed info through Facebook messenger I hope her boss sees this because she is amazing and deserves props I highly recommend this place for any pet needs

I love this pet store everyone 🤩 is so nice and helpful. I had major issues with my tank and Amber was amazing with helping get it back to normal. She also is amazing with the reptiles we got a leopard gecko and she is very healthy. Thank you all for every thing I highly recommend anyone to go there before going anywhere else.
