I brought my puppy in for his first grooming appointment. Lilly was so patient and kind with Moose! She took her time with him & made him feel confident & look so handsome!

Very helpful and friendly staff! I did stop taking my mini poodle there to get groomed because I do her grooming now, but she and I enjoyed our time there. Miss Daisy gets treats when she goes to the store with me. ❤️

Horrible experience! Thank goodness I walked in when I did. They were putting a cone around my dog’s head, and when I asked what was wrong, they said he was “a bit nervous.” The groomer then started cutting his back foot and clearly went too short — he freaked out, and instead of calming him down, they just left him hanging with the leash off the stand. My boyfriend had to rush behind the counter to lift him back onto the table. I’m still in shock at how they handled the situation. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. I will never bring my dogs here again

Took my dog to get his nails done and I'll tell you what. These ladies in the grooming department are absolutely amazing. Calm, friendly, and most importantly we're excellent with my Spencer. Thank you
