I had a wonderful experience bringing our two senior dogs here. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my dogs with so much patience and compassion. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and their people. I am very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a supportive and trustworthy team.

I have been bringing my pets to Country Side for years because they treat me and my pets as family. Through sickness, pain and joy, we share it all. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy when it comes down to a decision on care. They even offer tips on making necessities more affordable. I have been going to Countryside for over 30 years. I no longer live in Lockport, but I wouldn’t change vets. Dr Sood is amazing with my dogs. I never feel rushed and questions and concerns are all addressed promptly.

Kai really likes Dr Minko, she has a wonderful way of handling him. It's not easy dealing with a 100# dog that doesn't want to be examined.
