Kelly was just about the most RUDE and emotionally unqualified business owner I’ve ever dealt with. First: she requires ONLY CASH OR CHECK. When I asked her if I could use Venmo/Paypal/Zelle/Wire she said absolutely not “I am simple”. Well Kelly, in this day and age simple is the opposite of that. I then asked if she sent text reminders or any confirmation and she said “No, I tell my customers a time and I show up on time and they leave money for me, very simple.” Then I wait to leave for work so I could meet her and had a check written out for her but was unsure of the name it should be written out to so I sat and waited, well she arrived 15min after the confirmed time.
