We had an excellent experience at Pet Dental USA for Denver and Lucy’s dental procedures. I won’t lie — I was extremely nervous leaving them while they were still awake, but the staff was so reassuring and kind that it truly made all the difference. Debbie, the vet tech who handled our intake, was patient, thorough, and immediately helped calm our nerves. Dr. Gorham performed the procedures and personally called us to let us know that Denver needed more teeth removed than originally anticipated and that he had abscessed teeth. We deeply appreciated the transparency, clear communication, and being kept informed every step of the way. My cat Murphy was five years old, received his first dental work at this clinic. This staff is super awesome and very friendly and really caring for our pets and we love very much. My first impression was the front desk staff. Each location was quick to pick up the phone as I searched for the earliest I could make a appointment for my dog. I ended up at Gilbert location, receptionists, Lorri and Sonya whom were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable were able to answer all my questions about scheduling and the teeth cleaning process. This gave me confidence that I had selected right clinic for the procedure. When I arrived for the initial consultation, the Clinic was welcoming and state of the art. All the staff behind the scene, were terrific. Dr. Gorham was awesome and walked me through the process with optimism and no pressure tactics. It was a positive experience from start to finish for both me and my 10 year old terrier Tango! Thank you!
