PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic - Burlington

I wish this clinic could be our regular vet!! I brought my 11 week puppy in for weird looking stools and not eating/drinking. We had just gotten him less than 48hr prior and had not yet seen our regular vet. It was a weekend day, of course, and PetMedic had appts available. They were INCREDIBLE!! Gabby is the absolute sweetest nurse, so loving to my puppy and reassuring to me. She showed me how to administer meds. Dr Valiant is also INCREDIBLE!! She is personable, friendly, explains things very well, and so sweet with my puppy. They were able to do all the testing and treatment my puppy needed and even saw us the next day for follow up. I am so happy with this PetMedic location and the staff. A+++++++!

I took my little Yorkie Brody in because he was clearly having increasingly serious issues and was not doing well. From the moment we walked in, the staff and Doctor were very attentive and supportive. After doing several tests and having multiple conversations with Dr. Christina Valiant, and CVT Lisa, it was clear that this was now an end of life situation. Their kindness, compassion and support made this very difficult decision a bit easier. I was able to hold Brody until the end and will receive his ashes. I hope that Christina and Lisa know that I really appreciate all that they did yesterday.

Dr.Fish and his team Lisa and Sierra were all an absolute pleasure as well as just overall incredible to work with. They were extremely! cost friendly and felt more like a support system during and after my cats surgery than any other vet I have been to. The surgery needed was performed beyond expectations, and I would recommend this clinic to any one needing a simple check up to a surgery! Which is hard to find a reliable place that does both! So very happy with the outcome overall from everyone included.

We had an incredible experience. These people not only have the.professionalism, but they are very special, kind, very conscientious and gave our cat a dignified treatment, they explained everything perfectly. We thought we would spend much more than in the "cheaper" places and no, on the contrary. I would not hesitate to recommend them 100%. I mainly want to add that the lady in the picture is the most incredible and kind human being I have ever met.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Jenna was so good with my dog Callie and she was comfortable with everyone there. Usually Callie hides under my chair but not at this place, they take the time to care for our pets needs! We went in with a simple ear infection I knew we needed meds and they took the time to look deeper and see the underlying issue was actually cysts in the inner ear. I was shocked I had no idea! Im greatfull for their knowledge and time they took to give my dog thr care she needs! We called ahead for an appointment but you can also walk-in. They were wonderful and we will definitely be going to them from now on!
