Petco Grooming

Nikko, my 27-week old puppy just had his first grooming outside. I wasn't sure how he would react as he gets nervous easily, especially during nail trimming. When I picked Nikko up, Leslie greeted me with a big smile and told me how well he did and how cute he was. Immediately I felt relief. The moment when Leslie brought Nikko out, my jaw just dropped. Nikko looked like a different dog, looking beautiful and cute!!! Not only did Leslie do an amazing job with the grooming, but also being so patient and kind to Nikko!! The rest of the staff were very down to earth as well ! I would have given a 10-stars review if I could !! 🥰

Mia Leslie is the best groomer in all of New England. She has groomed my little diva Aussiedoodle for four years. The only person I would ever trust with my baby. She keeps my baby looking top notch. She does her ears, nails and brushes her teeth in addition to her doodle groom. Cannot say enough about how fantastic Miss Leslie. She’s the one not person I would ever trust with my baby! She’s also the nicest lady ever. Very detailed and on top of it. She’s very personable and genuinely loves her clients and treats them like family.

They always do a great job on my Yorkie Mr Cocoa! Regardless the groomer you get, they do great. I definitely recommend this burlington mass Petco location.

Chose Leslie for my miniature poodle because she’s experienced giving poodle-style trims and my dog came out beautiful last 2 times. This is 3rd time with Leslie, and I did notice that my dog appeared fearful when I dropped him off on Jul 3rd (today is Jul 8th). My dog is very extroverted and always happy to go to the groomer, however I brushed it off of my mind at the time. Today I noticed some dark crusts falling off my dog’s ear, and realized that those are pieces of scabs! I examined his ears more closely and found multiple scabs within both ears, and one ear still has a very large scab (size of a bean, I took a photo and video, it’s kind of hard to see it clearly because it’s inside). I understand there are grooming accidents sometimes, but this is way too many scabs! I cannot imagine

Petco Burlington have been grooming our pup for over 4 years. We are very happy with the services provided. The groomers are kind and do a great job. Drop off and pick up within a couple of hours so not too much waiting around for our pup, which lowers the pups stress levels and we appreciate.
