We get our Old English Sheepdogs done here. Great establishment, nice an clean with friendly staff. Prices for all the dogs we have brought to them have been great compared to other shops we have looked at or even stopped going to due to the over abundance cost. Please keep in mind all our dogs have been large breeds so it can be pricey out there. They also listen to you when it comes to how you would like to trim down your pet. They have even given us recommendations on what would look good on a few of our For styles. 10/10 for years now.

Do not come here this place is overpriced and the front desk staff are disrespectful. I was bringing my friendly golden retriever in for a full service about a couple weeks ago and was highly disappointed with the service I received. I first walk in and was greeted by a receptionist I think her name was Jupiter, I’m not sure it was after a planet and when going through procedures and the process of getting my dog ready she kept laughing which I wasn’t sure why but I maintained composure but it felt like she was making fun of me. We then sit and wait for over an hour for them to be ready even though we had an appointment and when asking the receptionist Jupiter what the hold up was nicely she snaps at me and says you need to be more patient and that it’s first come first serve, however I ha

I want to warn anyone bringing their pet here about one particular employee, Jupiter, because their behavior is not what you expect from someone working in a trusted environment with animals. Every time I’ve encountered Jupiter whether at this business or in previous professional settings, they’ve shown the same pattern of stirring tension, inserting themselves into situations that don’t involve them, and trying to create problems where none existed. It’s honestly unsettling how fixated they become on people they barely know and who want nothing to do with them. Even after long periods of no contact, they find ways to involve themselves in my life or the lives of people around me, and it’s always negative. We have been taking my dog here for two years. We love them! They do a great job grooming her, and we love the holiday themed photos that they offer.

They do not provide a quote at time of booking or upon your dog being dropped off. It's a "we'll let you know" situation. Now I understand why they don't provide quotes because I wouldn't have had my dog groomed there if I knew the price. The cost of the grooming was the same as a luxury mobile groomer who comes to your house and provides 10x the service. The grooming itself was average but the cost was outrageous.
