I cannot express how blessed and thankful we are to all the staff who made us feel they cared about our sweet Pinky. Unfortunately we didn't have good news that night and had the difficult conversation of putting her down. The guy nurse who spoke to us about procedure and what to expect was Amazing, he took his time really explaining everything as well as listening to our questions. The love and care they expressed to us was 100 % real. Also the Male Veterinarian was so humble and kind we were blessed to have had the best care for our Pinky. I absolutely recommend this hospital.

Dr. Raj is THE BEST! Are puppies face was all swollen and we didn't know what it was from. No local vets would fit her in but we didn't want to take her to emergency because she doesn't do very well with strangers ( or waiting). We called around 6:00 p.m. and they said they could fit Us in about 6:30. The staff was wonderful with her and everyone is very professional. The office is clean and it is a very calming atmosphere. While our pup still is not a fan of going to the vet, I was amazed that she let Dr Raj examine her. Turns out he is the same doctor we used to see years ago at a different location. So glad he has opened his new clinic in upland! It's so hard to find a vet you can trust but after this experience our pets will go here. Buttercup says thank you for making her feel better!

Thankfully I came on a night where the wait was not too bad..checked in at 10:30pm and left at 2am for my golden retriever puppies having diarrhea and throwing up luckily it was not parvo! Felt super comfortable and couldn’t have gotten through my visit without Romina who was there Saturday night 11/8! I spoke to her on the phone before I drove down from Hesperia and she just made me feel very welcoming and safe to take my puppies there and she was super honest and straight to the point and you can tell she really cares about all the animals and has lots of experience! The vet was also very helpful at answering all my questions and they were able to tend all my puppies at an affordable price! I was very impressed by all the staff at PetEmergency Animal Hospital. Everyone was very welcoming and Dr. Carol was so amazing! I would trust any of my fur babies to come back if needed for any urgent/emergent issues. Brutus sends his love and thank you’s to the team!

My husband and i could not be happier! Every single person was nice, approachable, thorough with explanations, light hearted but you could feel that they cared and to top it off my baby was so scared to be taken to the back when we first got there due to past experiences and at the end he wasn’t. Their prices are fair and we will never go any where else. This is our go to with all of our babies.
