Favorite Grooming

I don’t usually leave reviews but my bf and I agreed we needed to. I came in because this had such positive feedback and it was local. When I came I told the lady I don’t want short hair on my puppy and I wanted a teddy bear face on her. They shaved my puppy bold!!! She doesn’t even look like the same breed anymore. She’s a maltipoo. She was terrified, she’s gone to a groomer’s before but when she came out she was so scared. I’m sad they still charged full price for this! So disappointed I wish I would have went some place else. Not even pet smart has done her this wrong. I put pics of how she normally looks and when I got her….

I am absolutely devastated by what was done to my Golden Retriever. He was NOT supposed to be shaved. Goldens have a double coat for a reason, and any professional groomer should know this. When I got him back, his entire body was shaved down unevenly with zero effort or care. The shave is choppy, inconsistent, and looks rushed—as if no one even checked their work. He went in with long, beautiful hair and came out completely exposed and unprotected. This is not just about appearance—this can affect his coat permanently and his ability to regulate temperature. What hurts the most is that it feels careless at best and intentional at worst. My dog does bark, and based on the result, my family and I genuinely question whether frustration played a role in how he was treated.

My dog gets nervous easily but the staff are so sweet and gentle and lead my dog right into bath upon request by the appointment time. They are very efficient and have done a good job cleaning my dog. We will definitely come back!

They changed owners about two years ago I believe and these new owners/employees are amazing! They always do a great job and usually can schedule me same day! Amazing job ladies

This was our first time and I was super nervous but the staff was so patient. My fur baby is a senior dog with separation anxiety and they reassured me that he was in good hands. They were wonderful and we are definitely going to book another future appointment. He was one happy dog!
