From our initial consultation to our final appointment, Dr. Miller and her team at IEVSS were nothing short of exceptional. They were professional, kind, informative, patient, and incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. Our dog, Ophelia, went in for TPLO surgery. She’s usually a bit anxious at her regular vet, but at IEVSS, she was all smiles—her little nub and wiggly boxer behind were in full happy dance mode every time we visited. My only regret, is not writing A review sooner. Yes, the cost of a surgery is not inexpensive. Thankfully, we had pet insurance, which lowered the final cost 70%. Our five month old American Bulldog jumped out of a moving vehicle, we immediately took her to the closest emergency veterinarian. Unfortunately, they did not have the capacity to perform the surgery that was needed immediately. It was going to take at least 2 weeks for them at the earliest. Like often is said, everything happens for a reason. Because of their inability to perform the surgery I did some research on the web, then found IEVSS & Dr. B. Turns out, the emergency veterinary told me they refer and outsource to Dr. B regularly. Dr. B was able to see us and perform the surgery 2 days later. The staff was very friendly an

I was so impressed by everyone that works here. My cat Thomas broke his leg in 2 places.The ER stabilized him but he needed surgery. I called IEVSS and they worked to get his records and get him in asap. But they care, actually care about each pet they see ( and each owner) and it shows. Thomas walks like he was never injured.I wish we had vet care this good near me. Good vet care costs but it is so worth it. If your pet has a serious issue, this is the place to go!

Our pittie needed TPLO surgery for a CCL tear. Dr. Simon was amazing - he really listened to our concerns about our unique pup and treated her accordingly. Shawna always answered my questions on the phone or email promptly and consulted Dr. Simon when needed. They provided detailed information so that we had no issues filing claims with the insurance and informing the physical therapist. It's hard to find to find a vet that really listens and treats your dog based on their specific needs not just like every other dog. Dr Simon did that for us.
