Petco

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Petco location. I was in the fish section, and a young female employee was kindly trying to help me by getting a fish for me. She was patient, polite, and clearly doing her best to provide good customer service. It was obvious she genuinely wanted to help. While she was assisting me, the manager, Jason, came over and rudely interrupted. In front of me, he said to her, “You’re supposed to remain at the front. You can’t help this person. They should wait like everyone else.” His tone was dismissive and unnecessarily harsh. I felt especially bad for the employee. She looked embarrassed and caught off guard, even though she was simply trying to help a customer. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially a young employee who was doing t

Team member helped us return things. We bought some doggy diapers and didn't use them or even opened them. He noticed on the the boxes was taped but that was when we first bought them and he still returned it which was very nice!

Bad experience i brought my dog for grooming and the guy was rude and you can see he didn't like his job. Having that type of attitude around animal is not good.

Vetco was quick and went smoothly. Highly recommended for Pet Vaccinations.

When I picked it up an on-line order and discovered I needed to exchange 2 of the items. They refused to make the exchange without a receipt, even after I showed the 3 emails I’d received as confirmation. The manager, offered to give me the number for customer service and then just walked away. 🤷‍♀️ Horrid customer service.
