Happy Cat Hotel

EXCELLENT experience and care at the happy cat hotel in the Windsor location! Staff is extremely attentive, helpful, communicative, competent; and above all, caring and responsible! Their system works well for ensuring your cats’ needs are taken care of (food plans, preferences, etc). They communicate often and are very responsive. I would always opt for the add on- cat camera which is a cheap, entertaining and comforting option. (but don’t blame them if your kitty finds a sweet and comfy nook to hide from the camera! lol) Don’t worry, if you check the camera often enough you’ll SEE first hand how caring they are. These are the experts you want watching your fur babies! Amazing experience overall. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Happy cat hotel has the sweetest people that work there. Always a great experience for my mainecoon Dusty. He always looks so handsome and happy. I would recommend them.

I have never been away from my furry baby, Thai. I made arrangements to have him stay here. Tori and Kristi were so sweet with all my questions and reassures me that he would be in excellent hands while I am away. I am thrilled with the staff at both locations in Windsor and East Granby. Happy Cat in Windsor has taken wonderful care of four of our cats over the years, including Maine Coons who are prone to mats. We go every six weeks for a long hair groom, exfoliation, de-shed, and nail trim. Our cats are never scared to go and they come back looking and smelling amazing. They send pictures and always let us know how things went. They are the best cat groomer around Hartford and maybe in Connecticut. Big thanks to the team there.

We recently left our cat, Ozzy, at the Happy Cat Hotel for 7 days while we were out of the country, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The daily updates we received brought us immense joy and comfort, knowing Ozzy was in good hands. Ozzy was fed exactly the way he likes, and he had the freedom to roam around and visit other cats. He absolutely loved his room, which featured a huge tree for him to climb and hide in. It was a bonus that his cat cousin stayed across the hall, allowing them to see each other. We had family members stop by to ensure Ozzy didn't feel abandoned, and everyone who checked on him reported that he looked very happy and well taken care of. The staff at Happy Cat Hotel genuinely love cats and asked every question possible to ensure a pleasant stay for Oz
