New England Vet Center provided the best ER care for our two dogs, both of whom had pneumonia. They received around the clock care, we received consistent communications from our vet, and while one passed away from a bad case, the other is surviving and doing well at home (Dr. Lynch is great!). It's awful to wait knowing your pet is at the ER, but we are so grateful for the care, compassion, kindness and attention we received. Dr. Lynch answered all of our questions and we are so grateful to have Scout back home. Thanks New England Vet Center!

Dr. Jose Oyola Morales was a very caring and capable provider when I brought my beloved cat into the ER. I was grateful for his compassion when the time came to say goodbye to my little one, and he was empathetic throughout the process. The techs involved were also very kind. It was a peaceful goodbye. I am only removing one star for the quality control process with the cremation — the first thing I saw inside the Ziploc bag containing her ashes was what appeared to potentially be a stray metal/wire bristle, possibly from some type of broom or brush used during the process. I do think this should have been easy to see and remove before it got to me, but maybe not every owner opens the wooden container so it was assumed to not be an important step to double-check. Overall however, a facil

The vet and techs that day seemed so kind; it's what happened after we swiped our card and left, entrusting our passed on pet to them, that shocked us. NEVCCC faked our dog's cremation paw print and had the gaul to try and pass it off, hoping we wouldn't notice. When shown, they denied it, along with any accountability or wrongdoing. When pressed again about it regardless, they didn't even bother to respond. I told the clinic manager via email, it's not the print I want, it's simple honesty about what happened, and why, and to not be made a fool of. If you look through the reviews, this is NOT their first time doing this. I wish I knew; but now you do. It's clear they would rather protect their long time cremator, James, than do what's right for the pets. Sadly, I came in for a true emer

I have a life altering decision I can no longer push off saying not today. No heartache to day for me. she was patient and with a great deal of kindness she took the time to listen to everything I had to say and l not as of yet had my appointment with this facility. I'm very much impressed with the kindest person I could of spoken to with the state of mind I was in at this time. Her name is Christina and she showed a great deal of compassion that I needed very much at the time. She listened to all my questions and concerns. It i have to say has been a very long time since a person to show the kindness I was shown by this person. I'm so very impressed with her control and again patient with me.

Horrible !! I do NOT recommend. Now that I have a moment, I feel compelled to write about my experience, I called around 3am with a pet emergency, in the middle of explaining to the receptionist what was wrong, she rudely cut me off, and said, to see the vet will be $209 and anything further you would be charged accordingly, you can bring the pet if you want. I was so taken aback, I have never experienced such disgusting manners before from a receptionist at any care provider let alone a pet care provider. I immediately hung up and called another vet hospital, which was further away but they were 100 times more pleasant and warm and despite having to drive an extra 10 miles, I took my puppy there. I began to read reviews of this place and saw a lot of people mirror my experience. Somethin
