Petco

To begin, I think the animals at Petco could be taken care of better. For example, there was a ball python (pictured) with several pieces of stuck shed indicating a probable humidity issue. Abundant amounts of parakeets and bearded dragons were kept in small enclosures. Other than that the enclosures and terrariums seemed clean. However, I think if animals are being sold then their well-being should be prioritized. The store was clean and well organized. We found the majority of what we were looking for and employee service was good.

It was shift change and although I was the only person waiting in line one of the employees,Whitney, made sure to help me get checked out (I had only one thing and would not have complained if I had to wait) even though she was already past her time to leave for her shift she made sure to help me. In this day and age of young entitled people this stood out to me and really made my day! Everyone else was also helpful. I came for 2 snails and I was able to get assistance immediately.

The cashier was extremely nice and helpful, store was very clean but the reason I’m giving it one star is because of your prices!! The fancy feast dry cat food that I usually get at Target or Walmart for $9 and some change..was $15 at your store! That is ridiculous!!

Great customer service. I believe her name was Whitney helped me find the products I needed and recommended me others so that I could take better care of my gosh. She explained each product and how they could help. It made me feel a lot better. She was knowledgeable and spoke from experience.

They always have the dog food we use, and Becks, at the grooming salon is fantastic. We were so well taken care of when one of our little guys was nearing the end of his life. Becks was compassionate and loving and she groomed him perfectly. That's not something one easily forgets. We still take our other little guy to her and she snuggles and loves on him, and we just couldn't ask for more.
