I came for the reptile rally and I have been here since 8:20am to get a specific ball python and this manager lady does not open the door until she sees her friend that just got there like 2 minutes before opening she walks to door and basically reserved this snake I wanted. Never coming back to this Pet-co …I kind of already felt the vibes of these people holding the snakes for their employees.

Had a negative experience with a very new, very young employee. Mostly just communication. The manager then was great; I think his name was Joe. The next time I came in to have my dogs groomed. When I went to pay, that same girl walked away from the register that I had walked up to and got the manager who seemed to think I needed help. I said I just wanted to pay for the grooming, which I did. My puppies were not ready yet so I ran another errand. When I came back I went to talk to the manager, whose name was Mike. I told him I would like to resolve the situation because it was uncomfortable walking up to the register and having the clerk walk away. I visited the Petco store at approximately 8:35 PM, aware that closing time was 9:00 PM. Upon entering, staff members rolled their eyes, clearly eager to begin closing procedures. While at the register with my dog food purchase, an elderly woman entered seeking assistance. The cashier, rolled her eyes again, checked her phone, and signaled frustration to her colleague, who responded with a sarcastic smile and thumbs-up. I waited to check out, feeling this behavior was highly unprofessional—especially given my background as a district manager for a large company, where customer service is paramount. My wife's experience has been an awful one. Not only did they break our dogs hip and knee from the groomer taylor not watching her properly and leaving her unattended on the table but she charged $77.00 for a BATH on Wednesday! Our dog is not groomed at all!! I am not only upset but disappointed. We should've quit coming here once our dog got injured but my wife had looked at the groomers actions as an accident and wanted to continue getting service from her. Wednesday was our last day ever coming here we will no longer be using their services. (Yes they paid for her surgery as they should)
