Petco

I came here to bath my dog as he has gotten too large to bath at home. Everyone was super friendly and they give me a brief rundown of everything I would need. I was the only one there on a Friday afternoon. The slicker brush did snagged my dog’s hair more than mine at home. The bristles seemed a bit worn. But other than that, everything was perfect and well worth the $20 I spent! I will definitely be back when my dog needs his bath.

this was the first time I went to this Petco in Smyrna. The staff was absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable, made Hercules feel comfortable and told me to not clean up after myself......that's our job. I will be going to this location at least once a month. I would go once a week if Hercules wasn't so afraid of the blow dryer LOL. Also it was very clean, very neat and organized!

Terrible experience this morning while on my way to the groomers for a Bath & Haircut for my dog. I'll admit i was running 11 minutes late, though that was due to freezing weather (27 degrees) and me needing additional time to clear my windshield and mirrors from ice. My appointment was 9:00am and at 9:10 i received a call from a grooming associate. I explained to her that i was 4 minutes away and why i was late. I was met with a sigh and an "OK". Im not expecting top tier customer service, but i wasnt expecting that. Once i got into the parking lot. I called, because at that point i was unsure if i wanted to leave my Goldendoodle there for 4 hours. After calling back and expressing my concerns. I was met with a "That was me you were speaking to, and i didn't have an attitude, but OK".

Easy parking. The staff are friendly, quick and eager to help. They always take me straight to what I am looking for and can confidently walk me through the available options.

Went in today because I’ve never seen a PETCO like this…small…quaint….and comfortable. Sadly , I’m writing this hours later and forgot the ladies name, but she has reddish hair and lived in Iowa , had Dobermans, now has a pit bull like me. She was/is awesome and personable. She took me around the store and even showed off the self wash place which I can’t wait to bring my dogs to! Thank you!
