Petco

Came in the store with my kitten a couple of days ago. As a first time owner I needed help and the best advice for food and supplies. I was lucky to find Bryan who was very kind and helpful and told me what I needed to get and gave me important information about taking care of my kitten. I will definitely be coming back!

Grooming at Petco did a fantastic job! I had taken my dog to another groomer before, and they didn’t do a great job—they just cut all her hair, and she looked quite unflattering. I could tell she was upset because she was miserable all day. But at Petco, she looked much happier, and they did an excellent job. She now looks clean, beautiful, and her coat is well-maintained.

After 2 requests for support at the Rockville location I received a cold response from what seemed like the manager lady (tall African American). I only thought to leave this review because the German town store employees were so overwhelmingly helpful.

I think the store has a meal moth infestation. I went for an online-pick up for food from there last month, and the food was contaminated, growing worms, cocoons, and moths. Today I went again thinking maybe I just got a bad batch and saw a moth just chilling on the bag of food. I don’t feel comfortable buying from this location again.

My son Simba’s birthday was a little under two months ago and I received perfect service. I truly wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that assisted me but he provided me with toy suggestions, listened to what Simba enjoyed playing with and recommended a toy set that my baby won’t let go of. Truly a lifesaver and I would recommend this Petco to anyone who loves their fur/scale baby
