My post seems to have been removed! If I could give zero stars, I would. The conditions these small animals are kept in are shocking and completely unacceptable. The enclosures were filthy, filled with layers of old feces, soiled bedding, and waste piling up around the hideouts and water bottles. The smell alone was overwhelming, and it was obvious the habitats hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The animals were sitting in their own waste with no clean space to rest, and the enclosures looked neglected and unsanitary. No animal should be forced to live like this, especially in a store that claims to sell and care for pets. This is clear neglect, and it’s heartbreaking to see these animals treated this way. Asked for help regarding a betta fish and accessories. Was told we needed to buy the Petco set up as ours was not sufficient. I have had Bettas before so I know the cashier was trying to upsell me. When I refused he stated that the fish would not be guaranteed. This really is bad business and I have decided to shop elsewhere. Please see receipt and what the cashier wrote on it!

I had ordered a harness for my cat online, but somehow it did not go through. The knowledge of your people knowing the store was really helpful! When I went to check out, Ryan was able to find the price I was quoted online and gave me that price. I am very happy with their service.

They took excellent care of Michael my doggie. Gave an awesome haircut. She did an awesome job. I’m very very happy with it. She was very knowledgeable about healthcare and everything for pets for Michael and recommended a fungal sterile wipe for his feet because he has a yeast thing going on. And my doggie looks wonderful and he’s a very happy boy.
