Shannon came by to help my corgi with a full grooming service, and he did an absolutely amazing job! My pup came out looking (and smelling) fantastic — his coat was super soft, perfectly trimmed, and she even managed to get his fluffy rear looking neat without losing that signature corgi cuteness. Shannon was kind, patient, and clearly cared about making sure my dog was comfortable the whole time. You can tell he really loves what he does. I’ll definitely be coming back for all our future grooming appointments — highly recommend Shannon! 🐾

My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and is no longer able to take her dog to the groomers. And although I care for her every day, I I am a very busy realtor here in town and I was looking for something more convenient for her. I called Jeff the owner as he is my neighbor and he quickly got me in this schedule within a few days. The gentleman that came was extremely respectful and very gentle with her doggy. Although the price was a bit high, I felt it was extremely worth it taking Account the service, the Care, and above all the convenience. I will definitely be using them from this point on. Our Shepherd Husky had a great experience with Brittany who is very good with dogs, she gave our dog a good brushing, a bath and tidy up and he smells good, clean and looks wonderful, we have one happy dog! Thank you Brittany!

Shannon was great! Timely, professional and amazing with our dogs. He did a very good job with the bath and grooming. So nice to have them come to our home for mobile grooming and not have to drop off our dogs to be left in a kennel. Nice service, will book again!

7/2025 Update: Jeff retired, so happy for him. Brittany has been grooming Loki in the past months. Brittany is great and kind to Loki, she has excellent communication skills, very good with dogs and overall we are still very happy with In & Out Pet Services and Brittany. Thank you, Brittany! Jeff has been great to my fur-son Loki every single time: Jeff provides excellent customer service and he is very professional. Great communication skills too. Jeff has great grooming skills. Loki looks and smells amazing after every appointment.
