Love Petco. Just a wonderful place of business. The pet grooming is awesome! This place has everything for pets and one stop shopping for Pet Parents. The employees have been just accommodating as ever. They also have events for pets- oh yah. If you have never been there, you don't know what you're missing. Oh by the way, the prices are pleasant also.

While there are a couple of decent employees at this location I have had more than 1 terrible experience with others…particularly Makenzie. She often rolls her eyes and just very obviously seems bothered to help customers. She was asked to help myself and my daughter the other day while getting a hamster and she told the other employee no. I don’t understand why they keep employees who are bothered by interacting politely with customers.

There are always exceptions and changeover of staff everywhere so to clarify this is for the Grooming Department only. They treat the animals well and will do their best to have both you and your pet leave happy. Communicate clearly what you expect. FYI buffing the nails is extra, but a must for us :) Kat was very patient, knowledgeable and professional again today.

Makenzie has an attitude, straight out refused to help me, told me not to ask questions if the answer is "right in front of me" as well as constantly vaping in the store, her manager sarah has ignored me when i brought it to her attention but Makenzie is also frequently found on tiktok live counting the drawers and talking aboyt her job and customers on line. Workers are far from welcoming and everyone is flat out ignorant.

I was glad to get the peanuts my African Grey likes. I would just like to say why are your birds so expensive. Poor babies could be bought and given a great home. But who can afford those prices
