The owner’s dismissive manner toward elderly patrons is telling: curt speech, eye-rolling impatience, and a tone that smacks of superiority. Respect is currency in hospitality; she pays it grudgingly, if at all. Watching her wave off a senior’s gentle question as though it were an unwanted solicitation is almost as distasteful as the service is commendable—both speak, loudly, to her priorities

Such a good experience all around. East to pop in and out, takes Venmo and is patient with my weak bladder goofball. She is in demand, so her prices have adjusted accordingly. Worth it!
