Hannah was extremely helpful and informative about dog nutrition. I brought my dog with me to see if she had any advice or guidance because my dog wasn’t eating his normal food. Hannah had unlimited knowledge about dogs nutrition and eating habits and helped me get my dog to start eating his food again! Highly recommend Brandows to any pet owner.

I’ve now been to this feed mill four times — and won’t be going back. Every visit has been the same: rude, unprofessional employees who clearly need some basic product and customer-service training. On my last trip, I was asking about chicken feed options — specifically whether they carried, or could create any GMO-free feed. The male employee helping me said, “We don’t buy GMOs because everything is sourced locally so all our food has no GMOs" That immediately told me he didn’t actually understand what GMOs are. I pulled up the USDA data right there on my phone showing that over 94% of all corn grown in New York in 2024 was genetically engineered. The staff here are true best! The girl at the counter was so sweet and helped me sign up for the loyalty program all the while she gave my boy some treats & cut all the tags off his new toy so he could play with it on the way home!

Every single time I've called and shopped here... the entire staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great and the store is immaculate.

*EDIT* They were nicer during the winter than the cashier over summer who was very confusing about the points and discarded my card, but the cashier during winter was a nice guy who helped me get a discount on the corn. I think I will continue to go here and see what other deals they have. They also explained points to me, you get a gift card for $15 after you get to 500 points, I am still working my way up but am close.
