I visited the Petco in Burbank to pick up some supplies for my iguana — turf, a jungle vine, and a double heating mount — because we just upgraded him to a bigger cage. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience easy. Everything I needed was in stock, and I left feeling confident my iguana’s new setup is perfect.

I was nervous bringing my 4-month-old pup, Ranger, to the groomer for the first time, but the staff instantly put me at ease. They listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice about his fear of the dryer. Gus did an amazing job — Ranger looked incredible and came home happy, playful, and more comfortable being brushed. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I’m a regular customer at this Petco, and this is the only location where I’ve consistently had issues. On 12/4/25, my friend and I waited over 45 minutes for live crickets with no updates, even after the front desk associate paged the manager. When we finally asked him directly, the manager, Martin, was defensive instead of apologizing. He said things like, “Just because I don’t smile doesn’t mean I’m not helping,” and “I’m not the only one that works here,” even though he recognized me as a regular customer. When we asked for a refund for the crickets, he ignored the request and went to get them anyway, making us wait even longer. Great place for the self wash doggie bath! The towels are a bit small but you can always bring your own. The staff are super cool and gave me a refund when one of the stations wasn’t putting out enough shampoo. It’s $20 for a single use and I have a husky and groomers are charging a lot more for husky dogs. Definitely recommend!
