Came in for a hamster! We hadn’t had a pet in a while. Never a small one! The staff was super friendly, asked questions about our knowledge of the hamster and helped us go thru 7 different once till we found the one for us! They explained how they even take pets back, that made me feel more comfortable about our new buddy. We have gone back for more supplies and the staff are always help and friendly. Also, enjoy the coupons and specials they offer on food and bedding.

After we adopted our dog, a neglected stray, we were totally unprepared on how to care for her coat. We took her to Aiden and when we came back for pick up it was like taking home a brand new dog. Her fur is SO soft and she is always so happy after grooming appointments. Another wonderful surprise, after the initial grooming appointment she barely sheds, which is a crazy thing to say for a Pyrenees! We will continue to take her to Aiden from now on. My favorite part is the bows that go in her hair, they are such a cute touch, and I save them all.

Groomer Devan is amazing! We trust him completely with our little puppy. We also had a wonderful experience with puppy trainer Seth during the December–January session. Highly recommend both.

I scheduled a grooming bath with the spring package. Nails trimmed, teeth & ears cleaned, etc. I took my 4 month old Husky/German Shepherd mix boy and had the pleasure of having Sabrina make our first experience amazing! One thing that really got me was when she told me he fell asleep at one point! He also loved the blow dryer! She also added the spring package bandana for finishing touches! We will definitely be back!

I was in the store and there was a couple with their dog. They were clearly training. The dog was very overstimulated and they were working through it. Several times an employee came over and asked if they dog was ok because he seemed so scared. The dog was VERY CLEARLY not afraid. Fear and excitement are very different. Each time the employee came over she was very loud and "whiney", making unnecessary comments. She was told many times the dog wasn't scared and they were training. Was the dog a little loud at times? Yes. Was it louder than other dogs? No. Was there any cause for concern? Absolutely not. The employee was making the woman with the dog incredibly uncomfortable. If this happened to me, I wouldn't return. Please train your employees in dog language or at least sensitivity tra
