Purchased Koi sticks that was clearly marked $49.99 and I had $15 worth of points that I would utilize. They credited $15.00 worth of points, but charged a price of $59.99 minus $15.00. I left to my car and then knew something wasn’t correct. I came back from my car and went to supervisor on duty. I explained and showed receipt and was right off the bat made me feel like I was wrong. I further explained and showed him a picture on my iPhone, as I took it when I came back into the store to make sure I was correct before I complained. He immediately said, you sure it was correct and you saw it on the right tier? I said, yes. He then went all the way in back of the store to check; with me following behind.. I had a question about a food dish for my cat made of Melamine. Not knowing what that is or how safe it is for pets, I asked the nice lady working there if she knew. She did not but took the time to go and ask the vet on duty that day about it and learned it is safe. I was very happy because it is exactly the size bowl I've been looking for but have been unable to find! Thank you to that very kind employee who took the time to do that!

Stop making it so hard for you to get five dollars off your next purchase! The only reason why I go to the store is cause it’s convenient for me otherwise I would not I would go somewhere else. You have no incentive for people that spend a lot of money with you.

I was having great difficulty in getting the email from Petco that proved that I purchased 3 bags of dog food online before I came to the store. Oddly, my American Express account did confirm the purchase. The second cashier, Grace gave me Petco’s customer service number which I called and despite the rep., Princess’s best efforts, she could not find any confirmation of my payment on her end. Grace then rang up my 3 bags and honored the discount that was advertised online. I went home a happy camper.
