Boba's favorite store. They have all the dry/ wet food she wants. Her kitties sissy also love this store. They can smell the treats when we got home!! Awesome store and super clean!! Amazing customer service also. Boba has been making me come here on a weekly basis, 😆.

We love the staff! They have a great selection of product too! They always welcome us with a warm greeting and are happy to see my 3 dogs. I very much appreciate their patience with my fearful rescue dog as she learns to trust the world, she has learned to trust them and now looks forward to going to the "doggie store". The 2 senior pups also very much look forward to seeing their friends each time we pay them a visit. Thank you for welcoming my pet family and making this a safe space for them to learn to trust and grow.

You can expect the most welcoming and loving customer service at any IB Pet stores. I know because I frequent all of them. They have the most amazing selection of pet treats and foods and speciality products. Just me, you and your pets won't be disappointed going here. Enjoy!

IB Pet has quality products and friendly knowledgeable employees. Feel this store specializes in good quality foods for pets. My recent visit was to inquire about products that would be good for my yorkie that has a skin condition, causing itching and hot spots. I was asked several questions regarding current food given. Employee looked up ingredients, did say brand was a good brand, noticed that a few of them weren't beneficial for him. Suggested a prbiotic being goat milk and a brand of raw food that contained turkey and salmon. My fur babys scratching has subsided and looks forward to his meals. Im so glad that I didn't opt for recommended prescription food.

Big shout out to Erica (I hope I spelled it right) and Zoe for being incredibly awesome! Both were super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed for a very spoiled cat! From toys to treats, they made the whole experience awesome. Thank you!!!
