This is my FAVORITE small family owned business in San Diego. We have always been welcomed with friendly faces and wonderful suggestions for our puppy. Before meeting Vianey, we never dressed our dog but now, he has outfits for all different occasions!! It’s the greatest! As she is a small business owner, I understand the difficulties that they may have to face with certain people, such as people who don’t know how to follow SIMPLE instructions like doing pick up at her location. You pick a design, pick a time & date for the pick up, and you go pick it up. BAM! Easy! I’ve ONLY done this method in the beginning with absolutely no problems. I had the best experience ordering bandanas from Vianey! I own a dog training & walking business and needed a last minute order to be rushed with my business colors. Communication and professionalism was great! She sent me customs options to pick from and fit my order in. I was able to pick up my custom bandanas quickly and am very grateful! I have since purchased other fun items for my own pup! Great quality and service!

I have made several purchases, including bandanas, one of a kind beaded collars, and a hat. I love everything I've purchased. I have made purchases at farmers markets, small business vendar events, and on line. When I've placed orders for one of a kind pieces, V has over communicated with me to ensure my vision is exactly what is created. She has even gone out of her way to meet me for pick up. I've interacted with V and her family multiple times. They are lovely people. I highly recommend this small, local, family business.

Great customer service, always leaves me satisfied with her work especially when I ask her for something specific and she gives me great options everytime. Highly recommend her cute small business. I've bought things for my dogs and my now 3 years old son. Which btw, I bought bucket hats for him from Vianey a few years ago and he still fits great in them and he loves wearing them!! And to top it off, they're reversable!!! 💕

I have one dog and 8 of her collars. I will buy more. Full disclosure- I’m picky to the point of being a jerk when it comes to dog products. We met at a dog show. I chose a collar, then promptly told her all the changes I wanted. Instead of tossing me out of her booth (which I deserved) she smiled and I had my collar in a week. I bought just one to try. It was so good I returned again, and again. She uses good materials, her workmanship is solid, and her taste perfect. The collars run from practical, to whimsical to…well…stunning. They are sturdy, every-day, go to the beach, reliable for a BIG dog quality. My most recent purchase is below. BTW- prices are fair and custom orders are done when promised.
