Petco Grooming

Scheduled appointment online couple days again. Was honest and said dog has bladder stones. No one called to say they couldn't take her. Scheduled another appointment with a separate business nearby 15 minutes after the grooming appointment to save time and fuel. Drove almost 30 minutes to the appointment. REFUSED to take dog. Asked for manager. Spoke with pet salon manager who was beyond rude. Kept interrupting while I was talking. Dog's bladder stone do not affect the grooming. Said there should be a policy or procedure that when appointments scheduled online they should review before the day of so they could notify customer they wouldn't be turned away once they arrived for the appointment. Rachel is not for to be a salon manager, had no people skills. Definitely will be contacting thei

Petco knows Teddy, is kind to him and sometimes its hard, because he rarely curbs his enthusiasm for people and place. He always looks and smells great upon our departure.

Took both of my dogs to get groomed with PETCO for the first time and it was a really good experience. The workers were friendly and kind to my dogs. They were very receptive to the needs of each of them and were very gentle. They came out super clean and smelling wonderful. Definitely will be coming back. Nate and Rachel were their groomers and they did awesome!

We've been coming monthly for the last 8 months and have been very happy every time. Miss Day is amazing and our pup loves her!

I was told the groomer was running 20 minutes late. Back in December with my other dog, I waited 6 HOURS for him to be groomed. He is a 5 pound Shih Poo and I thought that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I set up the appointment online, so maybe your company needs to adjust how many open appointments they allow. I was told the groomers couldn’t control the online appointments.
