Petco Grooming

Since having our puppy Mavi, we have taken her here to get her mini makerover with Velvet! Our pup can be reactive under stress and velvet always knows to care for her and get our Mavi’s nails and paws in great shape! She is patient and gentle and Mavi always leaves happy! Kudos to Velvet at Rockville petco for her grooming service!

Zeus - had never been at Petco before - he will be coming to this location from now on- My husband reported to me that he really appreciated the groomer’s professionalism and experience. She made Zeus feel at easy. He looks like he trusted the groomer! Thank you Olivia!!!

I have been here before but this is the first time I had Kendall work with my dog and they left my dog’s hair in such a mess. It looks like it was randomly clipped and cut. I had to take him back so they could fix his tail and ears and still the rest of him was very choppy. For paying close to 90 dollars you would expect the work to be way better than what it was, even the staffs reaction to the terrible cuts was sub par. The pictures don’t show the extend of the choppy cuts but you can see in his face at the top of his head above his eyes one side is longer than the other. Than around his mouth again they left one side longer than the other. On top of his head the cut goes to one side like a half bob.

Such great care of our older golden boy. Michael carefully lifted him up and down for a nail grooming. Sorry but can’t remember the name of the wonderful groomer who did the nail grooming - but thank you!!! Recommend this team.

Super good grooming today for our 15 year old Malti-hua with Olivia at the Bethesda location of Petco. Olivia gave our Pua gentle care and a great look, and with consideration of efficiency of service time,, given Pua's age, too. Pua is now ready for the holiday (we added on the holiday package) and she looks and smells great - a natural plant-based holly smell. We'll return.
