Good grooming service, but loses a star for charging for "materials." Imagine going to a hair salon and having to pay $5 for the shampoo and towel. Yep, it's that dumb a policy. Should I bring my own dog shampoo and lend PetCo a towel?
My dog is always well taken care of and she looks so clean, happy and beautiful when she’s ready to be picked up.
I LOVE the Palatine Petco! Every chance I can get, I recommend them. Nick L is so patient with my sweet Kobe. He had been grooming Kobe for almost a year and had really gotten to know him. We also LOVE Breanna! She’s a great manager and also really patient with my sweet Kobe. They both have helped me with tips and tricks to use for him at home and I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby!
Kelly is Amazing!!! It's nice to have a groomer who is experienced and also incredibly kind. I know my fur babies are in good care.
Breanna is absolutely wondering and amazing. My dog is not afraid or hesitant and he turns magically into a beautiful puppy again!!!
